Mechanical Assembly Technician

Build high-end light towers and trailers as part of a skilled production team. Technicians are cross-trained across all assembly stations and must demonstrate strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.

Shift & Pay

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
• Overtime required; average 50–55 hours/week
• $21/hour, depending on experience

Required Skills

• 1+ year of production or assembly experience
• Ability to read technical drawings and color codes
• Experience with hand and power tools and general assembly processes
• Mechanical skills, including bolting, drilling, and operating hoists/cranes
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work effectively in a team and support cross-training
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble light towers and trailers according to specifications
• Cross-train and support other production stations as needed
• Identify and communicate quality, safety, and productivity improvements
• Accurately record material and parts usage in company systems
• Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to company goals
