Elwood Staffing is looking for an Accounting person in Longview, TX! Mon-Fri 8a-5p $18/hr!

Accounting Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions
• Enter and maintain financial information using QuickBooks
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Create and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Prepare documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Assist with reports, reconciliations, and other accounting-related tasks

Accounting Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
