We are growing in the Cincinnati, OH area and have an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of LRT Restoration Technologies, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project financial analysis, and overall financial performance. Experience in construction, accounting, finance, or a related industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Leads annual budgeting and planning in partnership with leadership
- Prepares regular projections of company and team financial results
- Manages SG&A/overhead costs and supports overall cost control
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Supports controller related responsibilities, including gathering, validating, and assisting with monthly financial statements
- Provides reporting related to project performance, labor efficiency, and estimating history
- Maintains LRT job cost data integrity
- Manages LRT accounting, reporting, and technology systems used to collect and communicate business data
Project & Operational Financial Leadership
- Serves as the finance leader, thought partner, and advisor to LRT leadership and Operations
- Partners with Operations to identify, communicate, and mitigate project and business risks as early as possible
- Supports cash management related to xevrcyc project and company cash position, collections, and vendor payments
- Serve as LRT's Lean Champion, with a primary focus on labor efficiency and a secondary focus on operational cost and administrative process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, construction management or business.
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar role or applicable precursor roles is preferred
- Experience at a construction company is a plus
- MBA is a plus
- Occasional travel required
