Job Description:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will support the planning, creation, and execution of content across multiple social media platforms. This role focuses on elevating brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting recruitment and organizational initiatives through consistent digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels
• Manage and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote programs, initiatives, events, and company updates
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
• Stay informed on social media trends and platform updates to enhance content strategy
• Review performance metrics and recommend content improvements based on insights and best practices
• Ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines and messaging

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-volume corporate social media or digital content
• Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies that increase awareness and engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative, storytelling mindset
