Business Solutions Advanced Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for partnering with Finance stakeholders to identify, design, and implement digital solutions that improve business performance, operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Lead and support Financeapplicationprojectsandenhancements, including change management, QA testing, Jira coordination, server security updates, and continuous process improvements.

• Serve as DataDomainLead, managing data requests, defining requirements, overseeing data product development, validating data in Snowflake, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver business solutions.

• Provide day-to-daysupportforJDEFinancemodulesandrelatedapplications, including user training, issue resolution, knowledge base maintenance, and Crystal Reports development and support.

• Support month-end,quarter-end,andyear-endfinancialcloseprocesses by resolving transaction posting issues, investigating reconciliations, validating financial data, and minimizing business disruptions.

• Develop and maintain financialreports,dashboards,SQLqueries,anddataanalyticssolutions, ensuring data integrity while supporting financial analysis, audits, reconciliations, reporting, and operational metrics.

If you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technicaldiscipline or equivalent experience supporting Finance business processes and applications.

• Strong understanding of businessapplicationarchitecture,ITsystems,andenterpriseapplicationenvironments.

• Proven projectmanagementskills, with the ability to effectively coordinate initiatives and drive projects through completion.

• Excellent communicationandstakeholdermanagementskills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

• Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of independently following issues to resolution, and able to travelthroughouttheUSA,Canada,andMexico as needed for onsite support and troubleshooting.
