GENERAL SUMMARY The Manager of Clinical Operations reports to the Director of Clinical Operations. The Manager of Clinical Operations collects data and provides analyses for a broad array of issues across the clinical operations, oversees company-wide special projects and provides appropriate information and reports to assist with fact-based business decisions. This position is full time M-F 8am to 4pm.Essential Responsibilities:Manages the Medical Administrative Coordinators ensuring referrals are compliant with CMS guidelines Collects and studies data to reveal ways to enhance operational and clinical efficiencies and provides necessary reports as needed Manages clinical quality improvement projects to achieve financial savings and improved servicesContributes to company-wide clinical initiatives and special projectsDevelops and manages the RPM program and staffAssists with the development of clinical policies, procedures and applicable workflowsOrganizes and conducts annual trainings/education for direct care employees Recruits, develops and motivates staff. Initiates and communicates a variety of personnel actions including employment, termination, performance reviews, salary reviews and disciplinary actionsAbility to pass a fit test. Position requires mask where seal is critical. Incumbent is required to not have facial hair that interferes with a tight seal of the respirator.Frequent local travel.Performs other duties as requiredJob Specification:Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 15 years of healthcare/ clinical experienceMinimum of three (3) years of progressive responsibility directly related work experienceAbility to demonstrate initiative, good judgment and effective decision-making; exhibit strong process improvement orientationAdvanced computer skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Ability to interpret data and effectively present sophisticated analysis and findingsProven experience with managing projects independently3-5 years' experience managing a teamCOVID vaccinated preferred EEO StatementElement Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
