The surgical case mix includes OB, endoscopy, orthopedic, general surgery, ENT, pediatric, and ophthalmology procedures. Call coverage is negotiable and structured as pager call from home with a 30-minute callback radius; one CRNA is on call with MD backup, and call rooms are available for clinicians outside the radius.
