Medical Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
???? Miami Lakes, FL | ???? Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are looking to hire a Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team at a busy medical center in Miami Lakes. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and administrative experience, with the ability to provide excellent patient care while supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities

  • Perform phlebotomy and maintain valid phlebotomy license (required).
  • Prepare and administer IVs and injections as ordered by providers.
  • Assist with patient examinations, vital signs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate patient care, including scheduling, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Enter and manage patient information in EMR/software systems accurately.
  • Support providers with clinical and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, following infection control standards.
Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required.
  • Current phlebotomy license with experience in blood draws and IV administration.
  • Previous experience working in a medical center or primary care setting.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Schedule & Location

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Location: Miami Lakes, FL.
