Medical Assistant- Patient intake; recording medical history and Informed Consent

• Assist physician in exam rooms
  
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
  
• Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required
  
• MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
