We are a busy two-physician private practice specializing in pulmonary, sleep, and internal medicine care medicine in Beverly Hill. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and skilled Medical Assistant who will perform a blend of clinical and administrative duties, including:

• Patient intake and vital signs
• Phlebotomy (blood draws)
• Pulmonary function testing
• Home sleep testing setup and instruction
• Scheduling and EHR documentation
• Coordinating care with physicians and patients

Requirements

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team
• Prior experience in pulmonary or sleep medicine offices is a plus (training provided)

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• Competitive pay: $23–$27/hour based on experience
