Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Employee Health Center (Contract)

Location: Massachusetts (MA) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (No holidays)

This contract Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) role provides both clinical and administrative support at an onsite employee health center serving adult patients. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and skilled in customer service, with at least two years of medical experience. Responsibilities include appointment coordination, patient registration, clinical support, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) license in Massachusetts (MA)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Epic
  • Epic ASAP
  • Epic Orders

• Organize and schedule patient appointments
• Perform phone triage and respond to patient inquiries
• Manage patient registration and intake
• Coordinate referrals and follow‑up care
• Handle fax management and documentation
• Perform clinical tasks including:
  • Phlebotomy
  • Immunization administration
  • Point‑of‑care testing (POCT)
  • Vital signs assessment

• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
