As a Float Medical Assistant, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting providers across multiple specialty clinics.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing patients for examinations, treatments, and procedures

Administering injections, medications, and clinical treatments within your scope of practice

Obtaining vital signs, documenting medical histories, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records

Assisting with patient scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up care

Supporting physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure efficient clinic operations

Delivering outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient

Traveling between clinic locations as needed to provide staffing support and maintain continuity of care

✔ High School Diploma or GED required

✔ Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience

✔ Current BLS Certification required

✔ Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

✔ Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment

✔ Flexible, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care
