About ALYZE-Bountiful

ALYZE-Bountiful is a premium health and performance club combining fitness, coaching, and member wellness services. We're looking for a Medical Assistant who wants to work in a setting that's less clinical and more focused on helping people get and stay healthy.

The Role

As our Medical Assistant, you'll support member health and wellness services — running intake, taking vitals and measurements, preparing and maintaining service areas, documenting member information, and making sure every member has a smooth, professional experience.

What You'll Do

• Room members and complete intake for wellness services
• Take and record vitals, measurements, and member health information
• Prepare, clean, stock, and maintain service rooms and equipment
• Maintain accurate, confidential member records
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and privacy protocols
• Cover front desk and reception shifts as scheduled
• Support the broader team with facility care and day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

• Prior medical assistant, clinical, or healthcare support experience preferred
• MA certification
• Comfortable taking vitals and working directly with people one-on-one
• Discreet and reliable with confidential health information
• Professional, warm, and member-focused
• Able to stand, walk, and assist members throughout a shift
• Available for shifts within our staffed hours: 5:00am–10:00pm Mon–Fri, 6:00am–4:00pm Sat, 8:00am–3:00pm Sun

Shared Team Responsibilities

Every position at ALYZE-Bountiful shares responsibility for facility care. Regardless of role, all team members are expected to help keep the club clean, organized, and functioning well — including tidying equipment areas, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and pitching in wherever needed. A well-kept facility is everyone's job.

Compensation & Details

• Hourly, paid biweekly
• Full-time at ALYZE-Bountiful is 32+ hours per week. Full-time team members receive 80 hours vacation, 40 hours unplanned time off, 11 paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, and HSA where eligible
