Job Summary:

Carease Health - IL, a nationwide preventative healthcare company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Evanston, Illinois. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our comprehensive preventative care program, incorporating Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Collaborative Care Management (CoCM).

Responsibilities:

• Take vital signs and perform other basic medical procedures as needed

• Assist healthcare providers with patient care and exams

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless alignment with facility processes and protocols

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer service

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant: 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (Required)

• Vital signs: 2 years of experience (Required)

• License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

  • Certified Medical Assistant (Required)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, with no weekend work
