Anodyne Surgical is looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work. As a privately owned medical device manufacturer in O'Fallon, Missouri, we offer a clean, climate-controlled, team-oriented work environment where quality and precision matter.

We manufacture precision disposable ophthalmic cannulas used in eye procedures, including cataract and LASIK surgeries. We're looking for a Machine Operator who is mechanically minded, comfortable working with production equipment, and able to troubleshoot issues while maintaining quality and efficiency.

• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and production efficiency
• Use measurement and inspection tools as required
• Accurately complete production documentation and quality records
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine adjustments
• Monitor machine performance and identify issues that could result in downtime, scrap, or quality concerns
• Inspect products to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards
• Identify and communicate equipment, tooling, or process issues
• Work with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals and keep operations running efficiently
• Follow all company safety, quality, and standard operating procedures

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable operating and monitoring multiple pieces of equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to recognize when something isn't operating correctly
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

$17-$20 per hour and based on experience

• Paid weekly
• Monday-Friday, 6AM-2:30PM
