Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (OTA or PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Marengo, Ohio.
Full-Time, open to OTA or PTA Candidates!
Prior Management experience preferred
Flexible Schedule
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (COTA ) in a skilled nursing setting. Youll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents lives.
Qualifications:
Current state licensure
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
