Service Administrator

An industry-leading heavy equipment dealer is looking for a detail-oriented person for our Placentia office. Computer-literate and knowledgeable in the work order process, booking, and closing. Experience with the CDK system is preferred but not required.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

1. Monitor work in process daily
2. Close signed-off work orders daily
3. Review and correct technician notes as needed to make them presentable for invoicing
4. Close warranty work orders to maximize manufacturer coverage
5. Input work order information as required.
