Position Details: Delivery Partner - Telecom

Role: Delivery Partner - Telecom - Communication Media and Information Services

Location: Plano, TX

Responsibilities:

• Working in a cross functional environment with Delivery team, Pre-Sales and Solutions team.
• Responsible for Operational Governance with customer and internal reviews
• Look for opportunities within the existing areas
• Responsible for working with partners SLA and other matrix reporting internally & end customer
• Create a culture of accountability towards positive business and customer experience outcomes.
• Will manage a team of 50 - 100 team members initially

Requirements:

• At least 18-20 Years of experience in managing B2B Telecom operations across multiple locations
• Excellent communication and People management skills
