Programming Assistant

The Quality Assurance Programming Assistant will support both the HR and Quality Assurance departments and assist with the office's day-to-day needs. This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both employee and client information.

Typical Day

• Assist with recruiting by monitoring job boards, reviewing and processing applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.

• Conduct residential visits

• Schedule and conduct interviews and submit required recruitment reports.

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.

• Maintain employee files and make sure required documentation is complete and up to date.

• Receive required monthly client paperwork by established deadlines.

• Review client and program documentation for accuracy, completeness, required signatures, and compliance.

• Prepare reports identifying missing or incomplete documentation for follow-up.

• Assist with routine file audits and prepare files for licensing reviews, accreditation, and external audits.

• Maintain spreadsheets used to track HR, training, quality assurance, and compliance information.

• Assist with organizing, maintaining, and purging files as needed.

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with the daily flow of the office.

• Maintain confidentiality when working with employee, client, and company information.

• Complete other duties as needed to support HR, Quality Assurance, and overall office operations.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Some college or additional HR/administrative training is a plus.

• At least 2 years of HR, administrative, quality assurance, or related experience preferred.
