Job Description

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE


Automation Personnel Services is seeking Warehouse Associates for a distribution facility in Cleveland, TN. Associates will perform all aspects of intake and outgoing orders in a fast-paced distribution facility.





Pay rate


$18.00 per hour





Schedule and Hours


Monday - Friday; 9:45pm - 6:15am; Weekends and Overtime as Needed





Warehouse Associates Duties and Responsibilities


  • Unloading incoming shipments, moving product throughout the warehouse,

  • Use pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products

  • Pick orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners, building pallets,

  • Shrink-wrap pallets, loading trucks, unloading deliveries,

  • organizing inventory, cleaning work areas

  • maintaining warehouse organization

  • Follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time






Warehouse Associates Qualifications and Requirements


  • Lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.

  • Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and stay active for long shifts on hard concrete floors.

  • Knowing how to use manual or electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts

  • Comfort using digital barcode scanners, voice-pick tools, and basic inventory software.

  • Count, measure, and verify quantities accurately for shipping and receiving.
