Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping

Reporting

Employee records

— Maintain confidential personnel files and HR documentation.

HR coordination

— Support onboarding, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and employee inquiries.

Compliance

— Follow company policies and applicable financial and employment requirements.

Qualifications

Experience

— Previous bookkeeping, accounting, human resources, or related administrative experience.

Technical skills

— Comfort with spreadsheets, bookkeeping systems, and standard office software.

Attention to detail

— Strong accuracy, organization, and follow-through.

Communication
