VP, Real Estate Finance & Portfolio Health Strategy

SAHF is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate Finance & Portfolio Health in Washington, DC. This full-time hybrid role reports to the President & CEO and leads portfolio health, real estate finance, and sustainability initiatives.

The position involves shaping strategy with SAHF members, lenders, investors, and government partners, developing new initiatives, and representing SAHF as a thought leader on long-term financial health and resilience of nonprofit portfolios.
