Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

We’re partnering with a well-established company to hire an Accounting Manager, this is a high-impact role with visibility across global finance and capital projects.

Position Highlights:

• Lead fixed asset and lease accounting processes across a global footprint
• Oversee accounting for construction and real estate improvement projects
• Act as process owner for capitalization, reporting, and compliance
• Ensure SOX/internal control readiness and coordinate audit support
• Serve as a key liaison to global project managers and facilities teams
• Manage and mentor a team of four (U.S. and international staff)
• Report directly to senior finance leadership
• Drive process improvements and cross-regional standardization
• Collaborate with teams globally

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of total accounting experience, including 3+ years in fixed asset/lease accounting
• Background in large, complex, multi-entity/global environments
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience supporting audits
• Oracle Fixed Assets and Project module experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead, implement change, and work cross-functionally
