The Washington D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP is currently seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our Corporate M&A/Private Equity group. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of corporate experience and a strong understanding of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and deal management. This role offers the opportunity to advise sophisticated clients across the digital infrastructure, telecommunications, media, and technology sectors on a broad range of strategic and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, growth investments, joint ventures, financings, commercial transactions, and data center leasing and development projects.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $310,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
