Accounting Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team onsite in Torrance, CA for a 12‑month contract. This role is ideal for a hands‑on accounting leader with strong US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance experience who enjoys mentoring teams and partnering cross‑functionally.

• Oversee US entity accounting and reporting activities
• Prepare complex journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses
• Support financial audits, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance
• Lead and mentor General Ledger accounting staff
• Partner with AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, and IS during close
• Work on special projects and process improvements

• 5+ years of corporate and/or public accounting experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
• CPA required (Big 4 and large multinational experience a plus)
