• Organize and maintain comprehensive medical records for all client cases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary medical documents and billing information promptly.
• Review and verify the completeness of medical records, identifying any discrepancies or missing information.
• Assist attorneys by preparing detailed summaries of medical records for case evaluations and court proceedings.
• Ensure all medical records are filed and stored in compliance with legal and company standards.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding medical records, providing clear and accurate information.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline the medical records retrieval process, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in documentation handling.
