About the Role

Medical Assistants are responsible for providing exceptional patient care while supporting our clinical team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with patient exams, procedures, and vaccinations, under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals
• Preparing treatment rooms, updating patient charts, and maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, as well as adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field preferred

• 0 years of experience in a medical setting; training or on-the-job experience welcomed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
