As a BCBA working onsite, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing targeted behavioral intervention strategies, collaborating with multidisciplinary educators, and providing training and support to school personnel. This role runs through the full school year, starting as soon as possible and continuing until May 22.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and required licensure to practice
• Demonstrated experience applying evidence-based behavioral interventions within school settings
• Exceptional communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to assess, design, and adapt behavioral support plans for diverse learners
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage caseload and documentation
• Comfort with technology for conducting virtual meetings and reporting as needed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments, functional analyses, and develop data-driven intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative support to staff, ensuring the fidelity of behavioral programs
• Train, guide, and mentor teachers and paraprofessionals in behavior intervention techniques
• Monitor student progress, adjusting plans as needed to maximize success
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide insights on behavioral support strategies

This flexible contract position allows for variable weekly hours, determined in coordination with the school to best meet program needs throughout the year.
