Buick GMC of North Miami is hiring a Service Administrator!

Part-time position MondayFriday | $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience

Buick GMC of North Miami, proudly part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is seeking an organized and dependable Service Administrator to support our Service Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, assisting customers, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

What You'll Do

• Scan and file service documents
• Schedule service appointments
• Make and receive customer service calls
• Perform accurate data entry
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department
• Communicate with customers and team members
• Complete other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Basic computer and data-entry experience
• A positive attitude and sense of urgency
• Automotive dealership experience is helpful but not required
