Chipotle - Newport Avenue - Responsibilities: Ensure safe and quality food is prepared and served while maintaining positive customer experience; Maintain a clean, organized service line with properly functioning equipment; Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with training and performance reviews; Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties including banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork; Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; contribute to developing future Service Leaders
