Pay Range: $18.00–$38.00 per hour DOE, plus shift differentials for off-shifts. Overtime available. Excellent benefits when you convert to permanent.

From first article to final inspection, you’ll transform bar stock into flight-ready components. You’ll plan setups, program or adjust Swiss paths, validate dimensions, and improve processes—keeping safety and quality at the center of every decision.

• Level 2: 3–5 years CNC; complete setups; GD blueprint reading; Swiss experience preferred
• Level 3: Advanced Swiss setup/programming; troubleshooting; process improvement leadership; mentoring

• 2nd: Mon–Thu | 4:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. (4/10s) + $1.00/hr differential — 4 openings
• 3rd: Fri–Sun | 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. (3/12s) paid at 40 hours — 4 openings
• 4th: Fri–Sun | 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. (3/12s) + $1.00/hr differential & paid at 40 hours — 6 openings

• Comfort with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Working knowledge of GD&T
• Ability to read and act on engineering drawings
• Mechanical mindset and strong troubleshooting
• Quality-first attention to detail
• Manufacturing background; aerospace experience is a plus

• Contract-to-hire (520 hours) with clear advancement pathways
