The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Clinic CMA to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Dubuque, IA!

What is a community health center (FQHC)?

The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.

With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Role Details:

• Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday & 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Fridays
• Schedule: flexible schedulewithin clinic hours seeing approximately 18-22 patients per day.
• Provider team includes: 9 providers with 1 CMA & 1 RN/LPN per provider
• Operatories/Exam Rooms: 18
• EHR: Epic

• Active Iowa Certified Medical Assistant certification
• Current BLS or CPR/First Aid certification
• Mandatory reporter training for child and dependent adult abuse certificate
