Make a direct impact with a mission-driven community healthcare organization Serve patients from diverse and underserved populations Take on a leadership role while remaining connected to patient care Work alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals Opportunity to grow within an established nonprofit healthcare organization Job Details Job Responsibilities Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and support to nursing and medical support staff Assist with coordinating patient flow and clinical activities Provide direct nursing care and support as needed Serve as a clinical resource for staff and help address questions or concerns Support onboarding, training, and development of clinical team members Help ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EHR Promote compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and quality standards Identify workflow or patient-care issues and partner with leadership on solutions Assist with maintaining appropriate clinical supplies and readiness Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and administrative teams to support efficient patient care Help foster a positive, patient-focused, and collaborative clinical environment Qualifications Active nursing license in good standing Previous nursing experience in a clinical healthcare environment Prior lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with diverse and underserved patient populations Ability to remain organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment Additional Requirements Candidates must be able to: Pass required fingerprinting/background screening Provide required proof of COVID vaccination Pass a pre-employment drug screening Interested in hearing more?
