Strategic CFO for Law Firm | FP&A and Trust Accounting

Jobot seeks a CFO/Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a respected Maryland/DC regional law firm. You will partner with firm leadership, oversee the Accounting Department, manage reporting, cash, trust accounting and strategic FP&A initiatives.

You’ll shape financial strategy, build dashboards, monitor liquidity, and mentor the accounting team while driving growth and efficiency across the firm’s finance function.
