Family Nurse Practitioner FNP

Seeking a FNP-BC to provide primary and preventive care to patients, including evaluating acute and chronic conditions, performing physical exams, ordering and reviewing labs, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, and providing patient education.

The role also includes chronic disease management, women’s health services, preventive care, accurate EHR documentation, and working closely with the MedHaven clinical team to provide timely, patient-centered care.
