We are looking for experienced management consultants to support AI training and evaluation projects. You'll apply structured problem-solving, business analysis, and consulting expertise to assess and improve AI model performance.

• Evaluate AI responses to strategy and consulting problems.
• Create high-quality prompts, reference answers, and feedback.
• Apply structured frameworks to assess reasoning and identify gaps.

• 1+ year of experience at a top consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, or similar.
• Relevant consulting experience within the past 7 years.
• Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
• Excellent written English.
