This would include documenting optimized machine specific parameters.</li><li>Training of employees on CNC Machinery for department growth.</li><li>Responsible for researching new tooling, techniques, fluids, methods of improvement.</li><li>Maintaining Tooling, Fabrication Programs</li><li>Machine Maintenance Machining, CNC Lathe and Mill</li><li> Metal Forming, Press Brake and Rolls</li><li>Any skills and duties specific to the areas above will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.</li><li>CNC Machine Programming, Solidworks Cam</li><li>Coordinate each Machine Center within the Automated Metal Prep Area to Maximize Efficiency and Minimize Waste</li></ul><p>Develop Machine Operation Standards</p><ul><li>Schedule / Prioritize Work within department</li><li> Interface with engineering team to correct design issues and concerns drawing correctness and manufacturability issues.</li></ul></td></tr><tr><td width="694"><p>Technical Skills & Qualifications</p></td></tr><tr><td width="694"><p><strong> </strong></p><p>· 5 years’ experience</p><p>· High School degree or equivalent, OTJ training accepted</p><p>· Mechanical aptitude</p><p>· Measure and inspect finished products using standard measuring instruments like calipers and tape measures to ensure they meet dimensional accuracy and quality standards.</p><p>· Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to understand technical requirements and project specifications.</p><p>· Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)</p><p>· Driven self-starter with a positive attitude</p><p>· Good interpersonal skills</p><p>· Able to work independently or as a team</p><p>· Regular attendance and daily punctuality are necessary for performing the job</p><p>· Able to be on your feet, bend, or occasionally climb short ladder for a minimum of 8 hours a day</p><p>· Able to lift / move 50 lbs.</p><p>· Able to work minimum of 40 hours and work OT as needed</p><p> </p><p>Call Today 603 929-1000</p><p>#seacoast3228</p><p> </p></td></tr><tr><td width="694"> </td></tr></tbody></table>PandoLogic.
