3rd Shift Waste Control Lead Duties

• 
  

  Lead and coordinate the Waste Control team throughout the shift.

• 
  

  Oversee waste collection, sorting, transportation, and disposal while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

• 
  

  Train team members on GMPs, safety procedures, PPE, and company policies.

• 
  

  Monitor daily productivity and communicate operational or safety concerns to management.
