About the Role
We're looking for a Digital & Demand Generation Specialist to shape and strengthen our digital presence. Working where marketing, sales, and customer experience meet, you'll drive results across our website, campaigns, and content, turning digital activity into measurable growth.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both big-picture thinking and rolling up their sleeves. You'll dig into performance data, fine-tune campaigns, and handle day-to-day execution, all while making technical products easy to understand for OEM partners, dealers, and end users.

What You'll Do

• Lead the execution of digital marketing initiatives spanning the website, campaigns, and lead generation
• Build, launch, and refine multichannel campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and web
• Track and report on website traffic, lead volume, and campaign results
• Own website updates, from content and landing pages to the overall user experience
• Identify opportunities to boost traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
• Drive lead generation programs that support broader business objectives
• Use customer behavior insights and market trends to guide digital strategy
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and marketing to create accurate, compelling content
• Bring product launches, OEM initiatives, and dealer programs to life through digital channels
• Contribute fresh ideas and growth strategies alongside the marketing team

Education & Experience

• 3–5 years in digital marketing or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar discipline preferred

• B2B marketing background in manufacturing, energy, or other technical industries
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, email, and performance marketing
• Experience with website management and conversion rate optimization
• Familiarity with lead generation and funnel optimization
• Proficiency with analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics
• A track record of turning technical product details into clear digital messaging

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based
• Minimal travel, with occasional trips for events or internal meetings
