<p><strong>WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care within a state-operated Veterans Long Term Care facility in South Mountain, Pennsylvania.</strong> This role offers the opportunity to support honorably discharged Veterans with chronic medical conditions, physical disabilities, cognitive impairment, behavioral health needs, and age-related care requirements.</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Evening Shift:</strong> 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM</li> <li><strong>Night Shift:</strong> 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM</li> <li>8-hour shifts available</li></ul><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Provide comprehensive nursing care to Veterans in a long-term care setting.</li> <li>Assess, monitor, and document patient health status and changes in condition.</li> <li>Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards.</li> <li>Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.</li> <li>Respond to changes in patient condition and coordinate appropriate interventions.</li> <li>Provide patient and family education regarding care plans, treatments, and health conditions.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional nursing standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul> <li>Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing, or a valid non-renewable temporary practice permit.</li> <li>AHA BLS certification required.</li> <li>At least 2 years of nursing experience preferred.</li> <li>Previous long-term care, geriatric, rehabilitation, or Veterans healthcare experience preferred.</li></ul>Pandologic.
