The Weekend Director of Nursing oversees the nursing center's operations from 5 PM on Friday until 7 AM on Monday.
- Report directly to the Director of Nursing.
- Serve in a visible leadership role, ensuring the provision of high-quality, cost-effective patient care while achieving favorable clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, families, and staff.
- Guarantee that care delivery aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and policies, as well as with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Mentor, educate, coach, and, when necessary, discipline nursing team members.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, acting as a resource for all staff.
- May also engage in direct patient care to maintain clinical skills.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school is required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
- Diploma in Nursing with at least 3 years of nursing experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least one year in a leadership role.
- Current licensure from the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the relevant state.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state regulations for all SNFs, Behavioral Centers, and ALFs/ILFs.

Salary Range: USD $38.00 - USD $48.50 per hour.
