ICU Registered Nurse

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Albuquerque, NM. In this vital role within critical care, you will provide evidence-based nursing services to adult patients with high acuity needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and manage care for patients on ventilators.
• Work collaboratively with intensivists and a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate and support families through effective communication.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in critical care nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
