Lead Marketing That Moves the Business Forward

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing initiatives from our Charlotte office. You'll help shape campaign direction, coordinate marketing activity, and work with different teams to turn business priorities into effective marketing programs.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be responsible for keeping marketing projects organized, understanding audience needs, monitoring performance, and making sure campaigns and promotional activity are delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Research customers, competitors, market conditions, and emerging trends
  • Develop campaign messaging, promotional concepts, and marketing briefs
  • Coordinate content across digital, print, email, social, and other channels
  • Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate campaign requirements and priorities
  • Manage relationships with external marketing partners and service providers when required
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Review customer and market insights to inform future marketing activity
  • Maintain consistency across brand communications and marketing materials
  • Support promotional events, launches, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance updates for management
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, campaigns, and customer engagement

Qualifications

Previous experience in marketing management, campaign management, brand marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
