Job Description Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Fredericksburg, VA (Fredericksburg) $22–$28/hour Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support to students in a school-based setting in Fredericksburg, VA. In this role, you will work closely with teachers, special education staff, and BCBAs to help students achieve academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success throughout the school day.
