Job: Sheetmetal Mechanic A-Class Pay: $40.00 per hour Location: Mobile, AL Qualifications To qualify, you should have: * 3 years of progressive marine experience OR 5 years of comparable construction trade experience * Working knowledge of: * Cabinet making * Carpentry * Industrial insulation * HVAC systems * Basic mechanical aptitude and trade math skills * Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints and mechanical drawings * Ability to interpret construction drawings and perform accurate material takeoffs Job Responsibilities * Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings with minimal supervision. * Lay out, fabricate, and install: * Bulkheads * Doors * Ceilings * Shelving * Furniture * Consoles * Other interior components * Measure, fabricate, and install insulation and ductwork. * read more
