Service Clerk (Full-Time)
Morrison Industrial Equipment is hiring a Full-Time Service Clerk for our Mason location. If you're organized, customer-focused, and looking for a career with growth opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.
Location: 575 Jewett Rd., Mason, MI 48854 Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift Hours: 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities Pay: $20-$24 per hour, based on experience
What You'll Do- Open, process, and monitor service work orders
- Update customers on repair status and timelines
- Prepare and process repair estimates
- Process warranty claims
- Coordinate with technicians to support efficient scheduling
- Answer phones and assist customers professionally
- Support rental inquiries, quotes, and deliveries
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check
