  • Scope of Work: Adult, Geriatric, OB, Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 15-16, Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): Approx 1-5, Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT Licenses, BC, BLS, A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission. - REQUIRED .
