Anniston CDJR is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience, strong financial and customer service skills, and the ability to guide customers through the financing and vehicle protection process.

Compensation

$60,000–$130,000+ annually, based on experience, performance, commissions, and other qualifying factors.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to complete the finance and insurance process.
• Present financing options, extended service contracts, GAP coverage, and other protection products.
• Review and explain contracts, terms, rates, and applicable documentation.
• Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to secure vehicle financing.
• Ensure all finance and insurance paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers while providing a professional and transparent experience.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle purchase to financing.
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes and procedures.
• Stay current on lender programs, finance products, and industry regulations.
• Meet or exceed department performance and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience required.
• Previous F&I Manager experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
