Construction Scheduler I
Our client, a leading advanced manufacturing and industrial construction organization, is seeking a Senior CSA Superintendent to join their team. As a Senior CSA Superintendent, you will be part of the Construction Management team supporting Civil, Structural, Architectural, Engineering, and Project Controls teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional planning abilities, and effective communication skills that will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Pay Range: $65.00 - $70.00/hour
Travel: Required travel to Boston, MA, as needed
What's the Job?
- Lead all civil, structural, and architectural construction activities on large-scale advanced manufacturing projects.
- Manage site development, concrete foundations, structural steel erection, building envelope, and architectural finish scopes.
- Drive project schedules through detailed planning, look-ahead scheduling, and coordination of critical path activities.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, manpower planning, material deliveries, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standards while coordinating closely with engineering and project teams.
- Minimum 12 years of construction experience, including 5+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale industrial or commercial projects.
- Experience delivering fast-paced design-build projects with accelerated schedules and overlapping design phases.
- Direct experience supporting advanced manufacturing facilities, semiconductor fabs, battery plants, pharmaceutical facilities, data centers, or similar industrial projects.
- Strong expertise in structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, deep foundations, building envelope systems, and heavy lift planning.
- OSHA 30 Certification and the ability to interpret civil and structural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Competitive pay rate of $65 - $70 per hour.
