Pay: $21.50-$28.00/hour (based on experience and education)
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 10:00 PM-10:00 AM
Holiday Requirement: Two major holidays per year (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's)
Shift Differential: Applicable overnight differential

As our Overnight Emergency Veterinary Technician, you'll play a critical role in patient assessment, emergency treatments, surgical support, anesthesia monitoring, diagnostics, and overnight patient care. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys emergency medicine, thrives under pressure, and wants to continue building advanced clinical skills alongside an experienced emergency team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE | NON-NEGOTIABLE
3+ years of Veterinary Technician experience preferred; other experience levels considered
Strong animal handling and patient restraint skills
Venipuncture and IV catheter placement experience
Knowledge of anesthesia, anesthetic monitoring, intubation, extubation, and recovery
Medical math proficiency
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced emergency environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to remain calm and focused during emergencies
Willingness to work overnight shifts and holiday coverage requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS | NOT A DEAL BREAKER
CVT credential
Emergency or Urgent Care experience
Surgical nursing experience
Advanced anesthesia monitoring skills
Experience with triage and emergency case management
CPR certification or RECOVER training
Passion for continued learning and professional growth
